Service scope
Services are provided according to the selected plan, agreed scope and information supplied by the client. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
Payment
Payments are processed through the payment method presented on the website. A payment confirms the client's request for the selected service but does not automatically expand the agreed scope.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful access to systems where required, approvals, third-party subscriptions and timely feedback necessary for delivery.
Third-party platforms
AI, email, WhatsApp, CRM, payment, hosting and automation platforms are operated by third parties. Availability, pricing, limits, policy changes and outages may affect delivery.
Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of deliverables will depend on the agreed service scope and any third-party tool or content restrictions.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided on a best-efforts basis and no specific business outcome is guaranteed.
Changes and cancellation
Any cancellation, refund or rescheduling is subject to the applicable commercial terms communicated for the selected service or plan.
Governing terms
Specific contractual terms may be provided separately for larger engagements, recurring services, enterprise work or projects involving sensitive systems.
